You figure it out. The Gerry Spence book in the post below, Win Your Case, was rejected by the Amazon secret police. But this book was not only approved it was placed at the top of the review discussion. What was the difference? I suppose it depended upon who the one behind that great wall of invisible and anonymous big tech companies is. This review is my posted review on Amazon, word for word, and Freedom’s picture, too. I disabled the Amazon links, but you can go to Amazon and in their search bar type Gerry Spence Police State and you can read all the reviews on this excellent book with 5-Star reviews, or a 4.5 actually. By the way, these reviews laid days in wait for the decision of the secret ones behind the invisible wall of fate to make their decision.

“I’m a trial lawyer. I make arguments. And I ask questions. I’ve defended the poor, the forgotten, the lost, and the damned for over sixty years in the courtrooms of America. Over my career I’ve shut out a haunting question I wasn’t prepared to face: Are we safe from our own police? Have our police become killers on the loose who cover up their crimes— and too often there’s no one to stop them?” –Gerry Spence, Police State

It reminds me of the inscription on the Statue of Liberty in part…

“Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!” – Emma Lazarus, 1883

They are both icons symbolic with Law & Justice.

Put on your seat belt, and strap down that shoulder harness, too. You’ll need it. We’re going for a ride with a driver who dares to go where few are willing to go. This trial lawyer who knows his stuff is going to teach you a little bit of it—at Ground Zero!

Gerry Spence covers the POLICE STATE with the stories of his own cases, and those of his client’s, and of others. Ruby Ridge is one case for starters. As Spence paints his stories you feel that you are almost there, like on that bloody mountain top in Idaho where federal law enforcement agents, U.S. Marshals and FBI snipers shot and killed the unarmed wife while she held their breast-feeding baby. The 14-year-old son was shot in the back as he ran for home and the boy’s dog, that was just being a dog and doing what dogs do, was shot first and started the firefight that rained blood. “Murdered,” Spence charges. This was the young family of Randy Weaver, a former U.S. Special Forces, the FBI and federal LEOs entrapped from the beginning in a weapons charge and other botched federal activities of erroneous nature.

Some of the same federal players would soon be engaged in Waco where Americans would soon see the POLICE STATE in living color.

Vigilantes Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols are said to have carried out their vengeance in the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing in retaliation to the 1992 Ruby Ridge standoff and 1993 Waco siege. Evil begets evil.

The rise in the American Militia Movement can also be attributed to the sieges at Ruby Ridge and Waco.

George H. W. Bush was president when the Ruby Ridge incident unfolded, but Bill Clinton was in office by the time the trial started in April of 1993. His attorney general was Janet Reno. They served through times of American turmoil, both the Ruby Ridge trials and Waco Siege, as well as the Oklahoma City bombing.

Police State is yet another compelling book for any library with a serious Gerry Spence collection.

He covers a lot of cases and a lot of examples of injustice. The scariest part about this book is, it is all true. Spence is the man who delivers it. As he opens the book, he admits that throughout his career he shut out the haunting question, are we safe from out own police? Have our police become killers on the loose? He answers these questions and more in vivid detail. Spence takes you to the crime scene and you can feel the emotions of the victims and hear the thunder of the injustice.

For one who has always been supportive of the police, and justice, I find this is a heart-wrenching story that needed to be told. There was no one more qualified than trial lawyer Gerry Spence to tell this story.

Police State is the epitome of an extended exposition into the full study of American law and justice, police corruption and crime and the injustice that is sowed into the hearts, minds and souls of the victims and witnesses that experience them. Begin here, with the brilliant and extraordinary experience of Gerry Spence at the epicenter of the study of law and lawlessness, justice and injustice, and expand your study outward.

There is a large collection of Gerry Spence books right here at Amazon. I have rated every one of them a 5 star.

Fighting for the People: The Legacy of Gerry Spence, America’s Most Successful Trial Lawyer

Some of the best education in the discussion and philosophy on law and justice can be gathered by studying the most powerful and victorious trial lawyer in American history, Gerry Spence, my mentor.

Gerry Spence has released multiple books, websites and blogs and videos, or have been the subject of interviews thereof that tells compelling stories of injustice and of justice.

Insider Exclusive is just one such public showcase that has repeatedly featured Gerry Spence and his stories of law and justice.

I have spent more than four decades listening to or reading and studying and sometimes communicating with Gerry Spence. It has always been a rewarding experience and an educational one, too.

I do not have a very good opinion of most lawyers. As a group I think that most of them are the epitome of the abyss and of immoral misconduct, the parasites of life. They are demonic and evil.

Jesus Christ didn’t think too much of lawyers either, so my thoughts cannot be too distance from the thoughts of the most powerful force in the universe.

Gerry Spence is clearly a different species. He is a rare genius in a crowded profession of losers and imbeciles.

He is a fierce warrior and a freedom fighter, yet such a gentle poet and a painter and photographer. These talents symbolize his heart and soul. Who could compare with such a man of remarkable valor and talent, yet so uncomplicated that he can communicate so the common people fully understand him—and his convictions?

He is a teacher, a philosopher, rancher, and a storyteller. And he is a man of many more things, all wholesome and good, all moral and upstanding. I believe more than anything else, he is a leader for freedom, law, justice and leadership. He wants you to be you, not a carbon copy or a clone of him, Gerry Spence.

The Gerry Spence Method

The Gerry Spence Method Blog

He is an inspiration to any who has lost hope. In one of his books about slavery and freedom, and being in prison he explains you are free if you allow your mind to think you are free.

In another, in an example about the horrors of medical malpractice and the predator examples of negligence doctors and those in the medical fields he talks about the number of daily medical deaths due to negligent doctors amounts to the equivalence of several fully loaded passenger jets crashing and the passengers perishing. He says if We the People had that many planes crashing and the passengers perishing, we’d rise up and demand change. Yet, he testifies, that many people die each and every day due to careless, doctors and medical professionals who are negligent and wrongful in the deaths or serious injuries of their patients. Vulnerable patients.

Gerry Spence is the diamond that comes from the harvest of coal.

For many years when he was more active in one of his blogs I communicated regularly with him, as did many people, including several lawyers, students, and nonstudents of his. The discussions of law and justice were always interesting and compelling.

Gerry Spence is the Grand Master of Law and Justice, second to none.

He is a master at explaining law, debating, and arguing it in simple terms most people can grasps.

Gerry Spence is 93 years old. He has practiced law for some 70 years, longer than before most people reading this material were ever born.

In my opinion he is the greatest trial lawyer in history. He went decades undefeated in criminal and civil cases of every magnitude. He defeated many governments, including the United States Federal Government and the FBI.

The Randy Weaver’s, Ruby Ridge case, was just one such case that elevated Gerry Spence into the national limelight as a super lawyer.

The Karen Silkwood case was the premier case that demonstrated Gerry Spence’s profound mastery of law.

The man named Spence could walk into a courtroom, the coldest of the coldest, in his heart-warming western attire, fringed buckskin jacket and all, and tame the wild minds of the most hostile adversary and melt the hearts of the jury like an inferno on top of an iceberg.

He could look the jurors in the eyes and plead with them during the closing arguments, ask them to help him, help him understand his case. He would tell a story almost every time in those closing arguments. He made friends of strangers and adversaries. Who could dislike Gerry Spence, the grand storyteller and Master of Law and Justice?

And so, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, the case of little Polly is in yours.”

Perhaps Gerry Spence’s most admirable characteristic is that he is trusting. We the People look at him and find him trusting. Something we seldom do with those other ones who tell us they are lawyers or attorneys.

Snakes crawl from the grass many if not most lawyers walk upon, but not from the footsteps of Gerry Spence. White doves fly from his shoulders and the American bald eagle flies high and soars in the skies above him.

I have read nearly every book Gerry Spence has ever written and they remain in my library among the most prized and admired authors in my collection. Authors of liberty and independence. Law and justice. War and peace. The minds, heart, and souls of life. The mentors of justice. The freedom fighters and the liberators of the oppressed. The educators of self-education and inspirations.

POLICE STATE

I have viewed every video he was every interviewed in or was a principle in its production.

Spence is a multitalented professional. Not only has he practiced law for well over a half-century, nearly three-quarters of a century, in fact, and with astonishing success, he is a freedom fighter for the rights of the common people. He is the founder of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, to train trial lawyers for the fight of the people. The college is held on the 35,000 acre Thunderhead Ranch in the Dubois, Wyoming area.

Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame Video Commentary

Local Las Vegas lawyers who have attended and graduated from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College have secured record jury trial awards here locally. One such multimillion dollar verdict against a negligent Las Vegas landlord to provide adequate security sets a precedence that law and justice shall be served to the victims of the wrongdoers.

Three words and phrases in the language of law that are powerful inflictions upon the defendant(s) to assure their defeat when the victorious legal maneuvers are engaged with their empowerment by the plaintiff are negligence, gross negligence and willful and malicious misconduct. They are not the only legal terms that can bring a malicious defendant to their knees and punish them with no mercy, but they are perhaps the most effective, most enduring and the costliest to the defendant’s legal war chest.

The Litigator who holds these trump cards in his war strategies and can prove the existence of negligence, gross negligence and willful and malicious misconduct by the defendant(s) should victor over his wrongdoers in the eyes of the trial jury that should escalate the size of awards for the damages caused to the plaintiff. The liability against the defendant is magnificent. That is where justice meets law and law guarantees justice. It is at the very foundation and framework of a free nation called the United States of America.

More Taxpayers’ Money Funneling Addicts?

Nevada’s Clark County often teams with nonprofits to funnel money to the homeless.

Help Hope Home on Facebook (Clark County)

Help Hope Home Website

The comment I left on Facebook for this announcement:

“So, is the City of Las Vegas, Clark County and this “nonprofit” going to stop people from being evicted so landlords can make a money grab? Are these “homeless rescue” programs going to follow the criminal HELP of Southern Nevada protocol that crowds violent freeloaders with drug and alcohol addiction in with vulnerable elderly so they can abuse them? If so I smell litigation to put an end to this waste of taxpayer money. There are more jobs available now with higher pay than any time in history. Detox these homeless, put them to work and STOP abusing the taxpayers’ money on violent criminals with treatable addictions. House them in your own neighborhoods or tents until they are willing to shift from freeloading and partying to a self-responsible productive lifestyle.”

Note:

I searched high and low for IRS nonprofit information for a 501(c)(3) by the name Help Hope Home and came up negative. It is too early to conclude and I need more time to research. I have a feeling this outfit is tied to HELP of Southern Nevada which is a local nonprofit worshipped by the City of Las Vegas and the County of Clark and even had their roots to these government agencies. HELP of Southern Nevada has been in the homeless racket for 52 years. They all claim to be “ending homelessness” but the taxpayers money funneled to this worthless cause is endless. Never will they “end” homelessness the way they operate. And they know it. There is huge liability when government agencies and nonprofits marry. We’ll be discussing such issues in future posts.

A comment posted by a Facebook user named, Bruce Henry said, “No such thing as Federal Funds it is all Taxpayers Funds period. Stop this disinformation please.” I agree with that statement 100%.

One of the primary reasons I am opposed to any government agency using taxpayer funds to support nonprofits is they do NOT supervise or investigate what they fund. They just hand our money over and that is the end of it. Aside of being a victimized vulnerable elderly by city, county and nonprofit clients and being in an apartment complex where they turn these freeloading addicts and drug dealers loose without any security or supervision, I can testify there is NO detox. NO work program. NO guidance to a better life with productive results. NO successful conclusion to dependence while establishing an independent and productive life for these clients. There is just 24/7 partying and vice–with ZERO SECURITY, an unlawful condition.

There is widespread corruption pointing directly to these nonprofits and the government agencies and public officials which subvert American taxpayers’ money to violent criminals with no oversight. They do this by setting up these homeless funneling operations with landlords/slumlords who violate just about every law on the books and they engage in conspiracy and racketeering with these entities. I am not saying that this organization is doing that, there is still too much information that needs to be collected, but as for the city, county and other nonprofits, there is a long line of evidence I will be presenting that will either shut these operations down or upset the taxpayers whose funds are being channeled to unlawful sources that are against the public’s trust. One rule the IRS has about nonprofits is that they MUST work within the realms of the public trust.

Much more will be coming. Stay tuned. Scroll down and read the post below where I call for Clark County Nevada’s Sheriff Joseph Lombardo to resign and withdraw his run for Nevada’s governor office. That post is loaded with names and events that have occurred where I reside and has not gotten better, but much worst. I posted that article almost a year ago. I was violently attacked shortly thereafter and I have been attacked repeatedly since.

Most people would agree that if someone is homeless we support giving them a helping hand and a support group to help them get on their feet to a productive life. That is NOT what is happening here. Full dependence and full abuse of the taxpayers and donors money is being committed.

Some people may not like what I post. That is okay, they can change the channel anytime they wish. I post more for a public record and an accounting of the conditions and of the corruption and crimes that public officials, their agencies, nonprofits and other entities commit more than anything else.

24 April 2022 Reopening of Vegas Valley

After newly a year of closure because of litigation I decided to reopen the blog since freedom of speech has no tolerance for censorship.

There is never a shortage anywhere of lawyers eager to attack the First Amendment, as though it were nothing more than a clause in a lease from a crooked slumlord.” ~Kurt Vonnegut

I closed the blog due to ongoing litigation. I have more active litigation now, than I did then. Most trial lawyers recommend a run silent, run deep social media mode once litigation is started. The reason is your opponent’s lawyers and insurance people will scrutinize your social media accounts so that they can find anything that you say and use it against you. Let them. I stand my ground. I was born with inalienable rights that no power can take away.

I wanted peace. I offered peace from the beginning. I gave them many chances for peace. They wanted war. Then so be it. It is war they shall have. I will give them a war they cannot win.

I was born under God, in a free nation that is symbolic for its unalienable rights carved into its constitution and documents of creed that provide the framework for the basic laws that govern all its citizens and the people of the world.

I was not born under the red flag with the yellow hammer and sickle that announces Communist-Marxism, nor will I bow down to it. Or, any other symbol of tyranny and oppression.

“…Man did not enter into society to become worst than he was before, nor to have fewer rights than he had before, but to have those rights better secured. His natural rights are the foundation of all his civil rights.” –Thomas Paine, The Rights of Man

We are a nation doomed to fall. I am glad I will not be around to see it happen.

Too Big to Survive

Las Vegas Casinos in Intensive Care on Life Support

The leftist-supporting casino executives may have shot themselves, not in the foot, but in the head. Brian Greenspun, the leader of leftist media in Las Vegas has spun out multiples of anti-Trump publications and he singly may have doomed the town with his leftist Marxist rhetoric.

Of course, the communist-like Governor Steve Sisolak, a longtime Clark County Commissioner who failed to curb the escalation of human trafficking, marketing of illegal escort services, fronts for prostitution, growth of illegal invaders populating the town and multiple other criminal activities in the Vegas Valley is allied with Brian Greenspun, kingsh*t CEO, Publisher and Editor of Greenspun Media Group.

Between the two, it is safe to say, Las Vegas will fall not to a recession, but a full-blown depression unlike any it has ever seen in its history.

Jokers with a pair of dice in their hands.

But people will not only keep doing business with these two jokers in the stacked deck, they will also keep supporting them until the dealing is done and there isn’t any more options left for a town that will soon be dying.

Some of the most well-known, notorious casino magnates, top executives and years-long leading managers, CEOs and chairmen have already bailed out, or have been pushed out and moved on reaping multi-million-dollar severance pays.

Steve Wynn, one of the most brilliant minds in developing the modern-day Vegas was removed from his throne over scandals. Rather the allegations against Wynn were true or not doesn’t matter, it was never a trial in a court of law, it was a trial in the media and by the powers that be. Whatever. The community lost one of the greatest masterminds in Vegas maneuverability.  A resort genius who developed some of prime, most profitable properties in the Vegas Valley.

Sheldon Adelson, Sands Resort tycoon says the casino group is up for sale, eyeing a six billion dollar price tag for the Venetian and Palazzo. Adelson, a Trump supporter, and the family head of the most recent owners of the Las Vegas Review Journal maybe bailing out while the bailing is good.

Many other Vegas Valley properties not mentioned in this post are downsizing, slowing down, limiting operations, laying off, closing or changing hands, too. That’s a big tell even a bad gambler can read.

The Review Journal, by the way, ironically, delivers the Greenspun group’s Las Vegas Sun print newspaper.

Jim Murren, longtime MGM’s top executive stepped down earlier this year.

He recently put his mansion on the market for 10.5 million dollars. Murren is another anti-Trump voicepiece who just a few days ago penned a “Vote for Biden” piece in the Greenspun Las Vegas Sun with an introduction by Brian Greenspun: Murren’s Column in the Las Vegas Sun

With Murren, Wynn and Adelson gone and many other longtime casino barons, recently gone from the Vegas scene, Vegas is in the hands of amateurs and the inexperience. It’s anyone’s guess where the numbers land from here on in. Like a pair of dice tossed across a crap table, the house can call, “Seven out, line away,” or “Pay the don’ts.”

When a few years ago, Vegas shifted from safe, paid-off multi-million-dollar casinos with little or no debt to heavily mortgaged, mega resorts financed with heavy-debt, multi-billion-dollar casinos the stakes increased. The risks magnified.

The house went all in with a pair of duces against the hand of nature’s economics sequental royal flush.

In the heyday of Vegas there was no such thing as a day dark or when a casino was shut down and none were operating. The only time I recall in Vegas Valley history, except for recently, where the casinos on the Strip turned out the lights and went dark was when President John F. Kennedy was assassinated on 22 November 1963.

Then there were lights out for Earth Day, but the casinos were open and operating, nevertheless.

Despite some record-breaking visitor totals in recent months, Las Vegas Strip casinos are not only hurting, but they are also on life support. The blame? Covid 19 Virus.

But there is more to it than Covid 19, much more.

The left has set the mood for massive violence in the country and the Las Vegas Strip has not been immune. The Strip has seen an escalation in crime and violence that has hit right in the heart of the Vegas Valley cash cow.

Visitors and tourists are not going to risk their lives or their families in a town where what happens here, doesn’t stay here any more. Violence drives any conscious human being away to safer destinations.

Greenspun is a lefty anti-Trump mouthpiece that just last week published the Las Vegas Weekly with a cover, that mocks President Trump and yields huge headlines, END THIS CHAOS. Vote.

This week’s edition talks about a divided nation and blames President Trump.

The division of this nation began with Obama and Joe Biden before Trump ever took office and continued every second by the forces of the left until this very moment.

Publications like Greenspun and his media group’s are the epitome of chaos.

Chaos has spilled over in multiple Las Vegas casinos recently, downtown and on the Strip.

Not only fist fights, gang brawls, but gun play and knives being involved, too. It will get worst. Much worst.

The Wynn property was a recent victim of violence and so were several Strip properties, like Paris.

The leftist politicians, across the nation, have repeatedly called for violence against Trump supporters and right-wing Americans with no limitation on that violence.

I am not going to discuss the BLM and Antifa violence that has raged across America, fully with left-wing support and endorsement, you all know where that leads. You all know what it is all about. It is perfectly okay to riot, to burn down innocent people’s businesses and to injure and kill people. To destroy public and private property. To disobey police orders, to resist, to revolt, to…. create chaos.

The chaos Brian Greenspun’s lefty rags blame on Trump was started by the leftwing comrades long before Trump came on the scene.

Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton and many other leftwing politicians led the movement of that chaos.

The Vegas Valley felt the crushing blows of that chaos in the Obama-Biden Great Recession that were blamed on Bush.

You reap what you sow. You get what you ask for.

And yet, they call Trump the divider, the hater.

But what are you going to do when it lands back on your own lap and your own business gets burned down? Cry for the police you so wantonly condemned and wanted to defund?

Sisolak Big Shot governor now, issues multiple executive orders, and not only closed down businesses directly causing many of them to fold, issued social distances, mandatory wearing personal protection equipment but failing to provide any legal penalties for people who fail to comply. “Resistors.”

All the time people are invading my safe space, and yet short of shooting them in the head to get them to comply they stand there aggressively telling me to go F myself.

Sisolak failed to provide mandatory felony prison sentences for those big tough guys that like to bully elders who wouldn’t give one damn putting them in a body bag should they get too damn brave and aggressive.

The blame lays squarely with Sisolak a big bad-ass bully wannabe politician. The recall efforts against him continue, but it is unlikely any will succeed.

Issuing executive orders for laws without penalties like the state or federal legislators would do is akin to giving nuts to a squirrel with no teeth.

I project the Vegas Valley will be in a full-blown depression within two years. Many of the kingpin casinos will collapse and be sold for pennies on the dollar. The day of the casino group and the mega resort will be over. The heyday of Vegas Valley long gone by.

Many area businesses will follow suit, including the big time publishers.

Tens of thousands of people will be out of work.

Greenspun will be a has-been media group. And so will many others. When the advertising source dies, so will the publications that were sustained by them.

People will flee from Vegas in busloads and truckloads. Moving vans will be seen in convoys stretching across America’s highways and expressways.

Market-values of property will decline. The stock market will dive

Hope and change will turn to despair and discouragement. Regrets, too.

Banks will close.

Suicide, divorce, bankruptcy, domestic violence and crime will be at an all-time high.

Crime will escalate to levels far beyond the 2010 level when Las Vegas neighborhoods took #3, #4 and #8 most dangerous neighborhoods in America according to the FBI.

Las Vegas used to be a place where cheating got you taken to a back room and your knees broken. Now, the left seems to not only condone cheating, but embraces it.

It will all come back around, sooner or later. Karma. Wait for it!

You played it, you own it.

MGM Resorts is closing a lot of properties or thinking about it. Properties are for sale. Sands, is up for sale. Wynn is down 80% from last year. Losing money at that rate, even the best of the properties cannot sustain for long. Tropicana laid off dozens of workers. Many casinos that were closed because of Sisolak’s executive orders, then reopened, are closing again. Many venues inside those casinos that are open are closed.

Several new properties recently opened after large construction. New properties opening while older, well-established properties are closing is ironic even for a seasoned investor to grasp. It remains to be seen how they will fair. People will come to see the new properties, but will they come back again to sustain them?

The way I see it, the big-time, long-time boys that made Vegas what it is today are cashing in and getting on a jet plane for the fastest way out of town. That ought to be a tell even a blind man could read.

Flip a coin, toss the dice. Do whatever you want to do, but whatever you do, don’t blame Trump because he had nothing to do with what’s coming for the future here in the Vegas Valley.

You reap what you sow and you live with it.

Look both ways crossing the streets, even if it is a one-way.

Until next time. ~Cliff

The U.S. Quarter Shortage

There are many things that Congress does or does not do that anger most of us Americans regardless of our political affiliation.

Failure to pay us the long-promised stimulus checks is but one of those angered emotions at a time many Americans are suffering financially.

President Trump offered to sign a standalone stimulus check to speed the delivery to all Americans qualifying for the $1,200 stimulus and additional money for dependents weeks ago.

No one in Congress seemed to be motivated to do just that, create a standalone stimulus check bill that would deliver many hurting Americans relief.

Instead political bickering and strongarming continued from both sides and everywhere in the middle. The media added fuel to the flames of blame while accusing opposition sides and blaming whoever is in their path of political rejection.

Nothing has been accomplished and WE THE PEOPLE have continued to suffer from our poorly performing elected officials.

The U.S. quarter shortage seems to hold the same fate as the stimulus check, no resolution to a pressing and growing problem and concern across America.

The stores are out of quarters and refuse to give up their merger supply. Even to their most loyal customers. The banks will not provide quarters for customer use in rolls. The banks and stores blame the armored car business. The armored car business is but the messenger, the carrier, not the producer of U.S. coins. The U.S. Mint is.

The Covid-19 virus is the fundamental basic blame for the quarter shortages. Likewise, as it is with every dysfunctional, mismanaged company in the world that uses Covid-19 virus for blaming its underperforming business and inability to manage, the U.S. Mint fails to perform with skilled management.

A good manager will improvise and find ways to adjust to any change, any threat to its business. A great manager will improve on what good managers do and create systems that bring progress for their company no matter what the threat or negative force is.

Unfortunately, when the government—politicians and bureaucratic powers—with zero risks or investment in the business, and most often no business experience, force business to close, to operate under restricted rules, to reduce their normal business hours or to interfere in any way, even the best business managers cannot successfully lead or succeed.

The U.S. Mint is a government operation, not a private business.

David J. Ryder is the current director of the U.S. Mint.

Ryder is a holdover from the days of George H. W. Bush and Bill Clinton. He is not someone who should be in the Trump administration although Trump nominated Ryder in 2017 and he was confirmed in March of 2018.

Ryder needs to be replaced, removed entirely from the U.S. Mint and from the United States Department of Treasury and the United States Department of Commerce.

To allow a coin shortage for any reason is valid proof of David J. Ryder’s inability to manage under adverse conditions.

Ryder may very well be tied to Deep State operatives due to his linage and history.

George H. W. Bush and his family, including George W. Bush and Jeb Bush, have made it known publicly they were anti-Trump disgruntled politicians. They added fuel to and led the Never-Trump movement. Anyone connected to the Bush dynasty should never be in the Trump administration as it is not in the best interest of Americans, no matter what political affiliation that American has. We all suffer the blows from failed government.

The poor suffer the worst. They suffer from the U.S. Mint quarter shortage and they suffer from the failure of government to deliver their second stimulus check so they can deal with the hardship they endure.

No one wants to address the problem other people created.

Certainly, the powers in Congress, inept and incapable of even tying their own shoes cannot solve such an easy problem to solve.

We the American People, should call upon our individual Congressional representatives, in Congress, both in the House and the Senate and demand they get off their lazy butts and stop acting like schoolyard bullies and do their job. The job they were sent to Washington for, to represent their constituents, the American people of their district.

A quarter shortage is caused by none other than the U.S. Government, and that does not blame any political party but holds BOTH parties responsible.

People need their quarters to do laundry, paying cash due to lack of credit, paying parking meters, to purchase items from vending machines, to pay bus fare and other necessities.

Congress do your job or get the hell out of Washington and go to some freak show where you would perform best. You certainly are not fit for Congressional representation of your constituency. Collectively, you are non-performers and that does not work for America.

Stop the nonsense. Get the $1,200 stimulus checks in the mail and the U.S. quarters readily available to anyone who needs them.

Happy New Year 2020

Out with the old, in with the new.

The Irish tradition, for New Years, open the front door and open the back door. In with the new and out with the old. Sounds good to me.

What a gorgeous day to end the year with in Vegas.

We end the year. Not as successful as we would have liked, but far more successful than a number of people had. The holidays in Vegas have led to many tragic traffic accidents from Thanksgiving to Christmas and continuing through New Years.

This new year’s 2020 fireworks are being reported as being the most expensive and most technical than any year in the Vegas Valley history. (And indeed it was. Absolutely spectacular!)

Not Responding: Don’t ya all get sick of this sh#t?

Computer 1Microsoft forces an update.

Adobe requests an update. Fifth one this week. They keep trying to shove that McAfee BS on me. I already have it. Can’t their pink hairs figure that out yet?

Chrome wants to update. No, Chrome forces an update.

Microsoft updates again. And again. And again.

Terms of use are shoved into your face, via the screen. The screen man. Screen madness.

Google updates. No, I got rid of the Google search engine, too much BS and tracking. Too many changes. So I replaced Google with Duck Duck Go, and they update, too.

I get stood up on my updates, every time.

Gmail updates.

Tech company after social media company after whatever WTF company updates and forces or requests an update. Oh, yeah, let’s not forget WordPress and Blogger and Flogger and YouTube and PooTube.

Update and Update and Update.

And more NOT RESPONDING. NOT RESPONDING. NOT RESPONDING AND THE LITTLE BLUE WHEEL SYNDROME. AGAIN!

Often those updates are not fixing bugs or just fixing bugs, they are completely and in my opinion, fraudulently changing your computer or the software you bought and paid for. Or software you use by being forced to watch ads thereby which is the same as paying for it.

Computer 2Often they (the Demons in Silicone Valley and Seattle and Utopia) completely change things so they are entirely different than they were before the update and you have to learn how to use the program all over again. As if I have the time. Do you? I don’t.

Me: “Shut UP!”
Imaginary Friend: “K.”

Tons of legal garbage to hogtie you with and force fornicate you to comply or else. If you don’t read it you may later be sorry. Very sorry. If you do read it you will fall asleep and completely forget whatever you were doing before the delivery of megatons of legal notices that surrender your rights, nearly all of them.

Wonder why I often call these turds communists?

Because they force you to do things you really don’t want to do rather than giving you an extended time frame to comply and explicit choice to volunteer. Force. They FORCE YOU. Like Mao. Like Kim Jung. Like Castro. Like Stalin. Yeah, those kinds of communists. Well maybe they aren’t that bad, BUT!!!

Tired of the PC running so slow after one of these updates? Or boatloads of updates?

Imaginary Friend: (I hear his voice, again.) “Maybe you have a hacker intruding upon your computer.”
Me: “Nope, we already checked that. You should have known that. And you know, how we completely delete and erase the hacker’s database if they get caught hacking us. The hard drive is gone. Right? Ya saw that done, right?”
Imaginary Friend: (Chuckling) “Funnier than the Benny Hill Show!”
Me: “Yup, now, shhhhh!”
Imaginary Friend: “K.”

These updates are often NOT compatible with each other. One tech company messes up the masterminds of another tech company, (sometimes on purpose… well maybe more than sometimes,) but Silicone Valley is not in a chaos of local revolts and neighborhood wars. They dine together for Christ sakes. But they blame YOU and try to weasel out of blame of themselves as they try to convince you that your computer runs slow because you installed or downloaded another app, software or something else they could blame. Maybe you visited a bad website.

Nope, that sh#t doesn’t work anymore. Been there, done that. Old story. Broken BS.

Imaginary Friend: “Suckered once, fool you. Suckered twice fool me. Huh?”
Me: “Yut.”
Imaginary Friend: “Been farmin’ long?”
Me: “SHUT UP!”
Imaginary Friend: “K.”

NO, I DID NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING NEW ON MY COMPUTER! The only download was your freaking UPDATE. SCREAM!

Imaginary Friend: (Louder) SCREAM!
Me: “Shhhh!”
Imaginary Friend: “K.”

Sigh, and just when I was going to write that masterpiece that would earn me the Nobel Peace Prize and a bunch of other awards from the candy store, here comes the update notice reading; UPDATING, PLEASE WAIT. GO TAKE A LUNCH BREAK. HAVE A BEER. GET LOST. And then followed by, NOT RESPONDING followed by here comes that little pisser of a spinning blue wheel.

I have Little Blue Wheel Syndrome to add to my list of illnesses.

Me: Do they have a disability for that?
Imaginary Friend: “Nope. Does not qualify.”
Me: Sigh! SIGH!

Not Responding. Psst… pink hairs why are you still in your mama’s basement? Trump is herr according to Parlor. This is the 21st Century. Get on the ball. You should make things better, not worst. You should make things easier, not harder. Life 101.

When all these tech companies decide they will UPGRADE your computer (at the same time no less) rather you like it or not and force you–WITHOUT YOUR ATTORNEY PRESENT–into agreements that will take Elizabeth Warren and Perry Mason decades to learn about, to figure out and defend against, let’s look at why sh#t goes into NOT RESPONDING mode.

(Forget the hackers, the downloading of software or apps or viruses or malware, [which can sometimes or even frequently be the problem,] it’s all in the updates. Incompatible updates.)

All these tech pink hairs which certainly graduated in the bottom feeder half of their class decide because their bottom-feeding boss tells them to make a change… (often to spy or eavesdrop on the victim user) you know HOPE with red and blue and shades thereof. And poof, they update. And busloads of pink hairs from a busload of tech companies do the same. You know we all copy each other because nobody has a brain between their ears for anything other than dull space. There is little or no unique ability anymore.

Bingo, all these upgrades to all these apps and software, and even hardware are not compatible with each other. Not that the pink hairs care or even do their freeloading masters, but just the same you are stuck with that little pisser of a blue wheel spinning and spinning and spinning. YOU MUST pause to wonder if that little pisser of a spinning blue wheel is powered by the Energizer battery or related to the Energizer bunny. I mean, there is evidence of the color pink in the genetics of their DNA, is there not?

Imaginary Friend: “LMFAO!”
Me: “SHHHHH!”

Imaginary Friend: “Why don’t they make that little spinning wheel pink?”
Me: “You finally said something intelligent.”

Imaginary Friend: “Can we call it Pink Hair Syndrome now?”
Me: “Hold that thought.”
Imaginary Friend: “K.”

(Imaginary Friend recites Congressional rehearsal:) “Whereas, WE THE PEOPLE, cast to the Dark Forest those individuals that ruin our day, or night.” (We can only HOPE.)
Me: “I think you are on to something.”
Imaginary Friend: “Me,too.”

Now, what was I going to write about in my Dark Forest novel that has been a work-in-progress for years and years?

I forgot. That little pisser of a blue wheel sucked up all my energy and frustration.

Alas.

Imaginary Friend: “Maybe you should ask Ian Morgan, he knows everything.”
Me: “K.”Computer 3

Amazon becomes the world’s most valuable public company

Jeff Bezos has surpassed Bill Gates as the world’s richest man and his company, Amazon, passes Gates’s Microsoft as the world’s most valuable public company.

It only took 25 years for Jeff Bezos to take a company now named Amazon.com from a private garage to one of the largest companies in the world. Founded in 1994 Bezos started in the used book business and sold his first book in 1995.

Amazon’s Jeff Bezos beats Bill Gates in new rich list (17 July 2018)

Bill Gates and his partner, Microsoft co-founder, Paul Allen, began their road to riches from the humble beginning started in a private garage, too.

Mark Zuckerberg and his co-founders started Facebook in a college dorm room. There are thousands of examples of how Americans started with nothing and built an empire. Why are they hated so much and attacked so often?

Three years ago college graduates could not find a job. Many lived in their mother’s basement and were in despair. Now many of them have their own companies and are are climbing the corporate ladder and are planning their own company. That’s what the Americans do, they dream the American Dream.

While socialists and socialism are rising like out-of-control weeds in a garden crowding out American Dreams and prosperity, they denounce the wealthy people and the big companies they own. They are calling for taxes as high as 70% on the very companies started by college dropouts and people just like themselves. America and Americans produce yet again world examples that one can, in the freest and most independent land in the world, go from rags to riches, broke to wealthy by following their dreams and working hard.

Now why would anybody want to destroy that?

A young, Saudi Arabian woman, Rahaf al-Qunun, is struggling for freedom and independence after escaping her patriarch family in the Middle East. In nations like Saudi Arabia, a U.S. ally of significant importance, females, even adults do not have freedom or independence. If Ms. Mohammed a-Qunun is forced to return to her home country of Saudi Arabia it is certain she will be another victim of honor killing.

Rahaf al-Qunun: Saudi woman ‘given refugee status’

The bridge from slavery to freedom is a daring and risky thing to cross. So is the bridge from destitution to financial security. Those that dare to risk everything and take those challenges of crossing those bridges have the most to gain.

We have become a world that wants to punish those who have accomplished so much and reward those who have done little to help themselves or the world. That just doesn’t seem right.
