Unlawful censors of Free Speech. We will discuss that later. For now, here is my review of one of the book written by the author who is one of the greatest trial lawyers who ever lived, Gerry Spence.
Big Tech Tyranny. Secret Police hiding behind the iron curtains of anonymity.
When a country boy from Wyoming walks into a big city courtroom all eyes are on him, especially if he is wearing a buckskin fringe jacket which is as rare as the man wearing it.
Gerry Spence has been practicing law for nearly three-quarters of a century, longer than most people have lived. And he has been a consistent winner in the courtroom. In his entire career he only lost but one case, and as far as I know he later won that one on appeal. Regardless, his astonishing track record as the most successful trial lawyer in American history is something one would want to read about and learn how he does it.
The key was a jury trial. And then once he had the jury captive in his country-gentleman charisma, his storytelling, which he used in nearly every case, was his secret weapon to winnable jury verdicts. Everyone that he ever tried.
I have read just about all of Gerry Spence’s remarkable books. This one I purchased as a Kindle eBook edition, but I will someday add the hardcover to my Gerry Spence home library.
Gerry Spence is first a storyteller and then a trial lawyer. His storytelling and trusting country gentleman manner are the keys that won him and his clients large jury awards. His ability to master the human behavior of the jury is what made him what he is, the Master of Law and Justice.
Gerry Spence is a man of many talents. The one talent that is greater than his ability to win trials is his ability to teach others how he does it and how they can do it, too. That begins with this book, his law college, and his method teachings.

These kidnapped women and children, already in a deep grievance, were raped, tortured, mutilated or forced into marriage to be enslaved brides for Daesh warriors or to used by gangs for forced sex and sold as sex slaves to men some old enough to be their fathers and grandfather.
Ancient landmarks, centuries-old communities, entire cities, and nations fell to Daesh and other terrorist groups, with the lives of millions of people disrupted because the very billionaire tyrants I name here in this address committed crimes against humanity for failing to censor a real violent and hateful attack upon an innocent people, and their aiding and abetting thereof.

While Alphabet executives and the subordinate managers of their holding company’s operating companies did absolutely nothing to censor or restrict Daesh and other international terrorists in their gruesome footage of violence against the oppressed they viciously attack Christian Conservatives they don’t agree with.

However, we do need our leaders in government to start focusing more seriously on these billionaire tyrants and their social media toys and bring tough investigations with follow-ups by the Department of Justice and the FBI (If we can find one that is not politicized.) We also need to investigate the questions of war crimes and crimes against humanity and those charges if they exist may be better conducted by world bodies or international communities including the United Nations and the International Criminal Court. What we must do is bring that awareness and begin the process. If the social media billionaire tyrants want a war, we shall give them a war that will cost them far more than it will us. They have much more to lose than we do. Much more.
Hundreds of thousands of people continue to suffer and mourn from the tens of thousands of lives lost due to the billionaire tyrants’ social media that enabled the infliction of such widespread suffering and genocide by terrorists and evil forces not seen since World War II. Justice must and will be served and the oppressed must and will be liberated.
Social media as we know it has come to an end and a new era will replace the current abuses. In the weeks, months and years to come, there will be many changes in the way social media conducts business. Be it here in America or abroad, censorship of literature is pure communism and a deterrent to quality education. Where do they find idiots like Gove to hold power over the suppressed students of our world?
Banning books does but one thing, it narrows minds and reduces opportunity for a student to reach his or her fullest potential.
Hitler burned books. Stalin burned books. Book burners and censors are the demons of education and shall not be tolerated. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR BOOK CENSORSHIP! Say it.
A free world depends upon free minds. Communication and education depends upon the mind of the writer being transformed to the reader regardless of what generation or century either lived. A book on a library’s shelf or in a school curriculum is not an endorsement for such book, it is an opportunity to explore another opinion of another mind in another spectrum of history and life.
The banning of books prevent a person in growing into someone their potential allows and that someone may be in a free society or a suppressed one. When in a free society, books are banned, that free person, especially students and young adults, no longer remain free and have but one cloud over their head and it’s a dark one, indeed–SUPPRESSION OF THE MIND.
Education Secretary Michael Gove, I challenge you to reverse your decision and allow the children and students of our world grow with brilliant minds and not clouded ones of closed ideology.
