Did Elon Musk Deliver Free Speech with Twitter Takeover?

Twitter today under Musk’s complete control is as anti-free speech as Jack Dorsey’s was, perhaps even worse in many instances.
How could that be?
Elon Musk is too consumed with his own agenda of Tweeting that he ignores the urgent needs of the company’s for superior management.
He, like Dorsey, allows across the board user suspension. Suspensions that are in fact, unconstitutional, which we don’t have the time nor space to explain here.
Can it be corrected? Highly unlikely. We don’t have the politicians and lawmakers in place with enough talent or intelligence to repair the broken big tech tyranny.
Musk is as tyrannical as Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Jack Dorsey, Mark Zuckerberg, Matt Mullenweg and many other rich tech company tyrants.
The Big Tech Tyrants are becoming exceedingly vicious as this nation succumbs to its lowest level citizen dissatisfaction in a century, and our nation is as close to a Homeland War as it ever has been since the first Civil War.
Free speech is reduced every day because of a handful of billionaires, many consider oligarchs.
Rather one is from the right of ideology or the left, or smack in the center, The Big Tech Tyrants restrict their freedom of speech and many other freedoms.
A handful of men have the power and will to take away your free speech and multiple other inalienable rights the US Constitution guarantees you.
The corrupt politicians in Washington, D.C. waved most of your absolute rights from your exclusive ability to litigate successfully in your defense!
Corrupt judges sitting on decaying benches, often taking bribes from high places, contribute to your denied rights and freedoms being stripped like the meat from a chicken bone.
Your Constitutional rights, Civil Rights, Human Rights, Inalienable rights and many rights under well establish Federal, state and local law have evaporated with the surface of The Big Tech Tyrants.
I did not and do not, ever, surrender my constitutional rights to a jury trial but to use a public or private service of business they force me by use, to surrender those inalienable rights. WE NEED AS A PEOPLE TO SHOW THESE TYRANTS WHAT INALIENABLE MEANS… THE POLITICIANS THAT SURRENDER OUR INALIENABLE RIGHTS, TOO.
Many Engineers that were laid off from Twitter claim the Big Tech company cannot survive and they predict it will collapse soon. They claim Musk stripped the company of its technical know-how and people that are needed to support a successful business.
Advertisers have been refusing to support Twitter and are on the decline. Musk’s silly blue check payment is as ridiculous as the Thai Cave diving ideas and experiences.
Twitter does not even have a basic, elementary editing option once the post or comment is published.
Will Twitter survive? I doubt it. I give it one year at best. Unlike Warren Buffet that usually keeps key people in place after acquiring a company, Musk seems to be the exact opposite. That could easily doom him.
Musk’s continued allowance of suspension of loyal users will be his downfall. He is likely to succumb to a has-been one-time billionaire who will never recover.
He mentioned once that he would delete the post or comment that may be objectionable, but not the user’s entire account. Deleting or hiding from public view rejected posts or comments is far less freedom invading that suspending someone’s account, much less permanently suspending.
Did anyone stand in the way of Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Jack Dorsey, Matt Mullenweg or any other risk taker while they were building their dreams and bringing to the world new ideas and innovations? No, not one person or thing obstructed their path or journey to building what is now their empires of tyranny where they oppress other people. No one suspended their accounts because they disagreed with them. No one shut them down and prevented them from accomplishing what it was they wanted to accomplish. But The Big Tech Tyrants disrupt and suspend and shut downs tens of thousands of individuals and prevent them from achieving their goals. That is not right, and it needs to stop and stop now.
Troubles are coming to Elon Musk in not bushel loads, but truckloads.
A once admirable man becomes no more appealing than the bug-invested homeless vagrant that now takes up space surrounding us.
Elon Musk has more than a basketful of problems, and he is so foolishly likely to erode to a failure of Twitter we have never seen in the Big Tech industry.
That will provide a standing ovation for many and a sigh of disappointment for the rest of us.
No person, even a genius, can be hitting home runs all the time, but Musk is striking out too much lately and when he erodes his solid and loyal supporter base, he treads into a territory of complete and utter failure many will applaud.

When a country boy from Wyoming walks into a big city courtroom all eyes are on him, especially if he is wearing a buckskin fringe jacket which is as rare as the man wearing it.
Gerry Spence has been practicing law for nearly three-quarters of a century, longer than most people have lived. And he has been a consistent winner in the courtroom. In his entire career he only lost but one case, and as far as I know he later won that one on appeal. Regardless, his astonishing track record as the most successful trial lawyer in American history is something one would want to read about and learn how he does it.
The key was a jury trial. And then once he had the jury captive in his country-gentleman charisma, his storytelling, which he used in nearly every case, was his secret weapon to winnable jury verdicts. Everyone that he ever tried.
I have read just about all of Gerry Spence’s remarkable books. This one I purchased as a Kindle eBook edition, but I will someday add the hardcover to my Gerry Spence home library.
Gerry Spence is first a storyteller and then a trial lawyer. His storytelling and trusting country gentleman manner are the keys that won him and his clients large jury awards. His ability to master the human behavior of the jury is what made him what he is, the Master of Law and Justice.
Gerry Spence is a man of many talents. The one talent that is greater than his ability to win trials is his ability to teach others how he does it and how they can do it, too. That begins with this book, his law college, and his method teachings.

What if you sat down to your computer one morning and you entered your password to unlock your computer and you found a message stating you entered the wrong password?
What if your head was foggy? What if you had a brain gas? What if you lacked a good night’s sleep and was still tired, maybe even confused? You make mistakes. You are human.
What if something interfered with your immediate memory?
Perhaps a neurological disorder? Old age?
What if nothing was wrong other that you failed to activate the proper case?
What if you had Caps Lock on and it should be off?
What if Caps Lock should be on and it is off?
What if something silly happens like you typed too fast and miss keystrokes, striking the wrong key and subsequently some other key than the intended key is struck, subsequently the wrong password is entered?
What if times a thousand, maybe a million different reasons something could go wrong and as the old-aged adage of Murphy’s Law said, “Anything that can go wrong will go wrong”. And it did go wrong?

So, making mistakes is being human.
As my father used to tell me when I was young, shortly before he died, “Any man can make a mistake, no man ought to make the same mistake twice.” Of course, in today’s generation the gender complex would change the statement or quote slightly and substitute people for man. The meaning is the same. We all learn from our mistakes. Well, don’t we?
In reality, mistakes are the best things that happen to us because we learn from them.
But what if when you sat down to your computer, the computer informs you that if you fail so many times in entering the correct password, say three or maybe even ten times, then your computer is locked out permanently and no matter what you or anyone else does, your computer will forever be locked and your entire life of information inside that computer, a device that holds your life’s most personal content, is forever lost? What if?
What would you do? Besides blowing a head gasket what would you truly do?
You’d become furious. Most likely.
You would be angry. Who would you be angry with? You or the computer designer, or the one who controls your computer, who obviously is NOT you?
This exact scenario recently happened to me, not with my computer, or personal PC, but with my Smartphone. A Cricket Wireless phone on the AT&T telecommunications network line.
My phone has been locked out and locked down. Wrongfully. Criminally.
Now it is time for war.
When you attack me, expect to be annihilated, because that is what I do to my enemies, I annihilate them. Legally. Completely. Wait for it!
I had been a customer of Cricket Wireless for more than six years, a very satisfied and loyal customer with not a single payment ever in error or late. In fact, I have been on the autopay, automatic payment plan since the get-go. I was always happy with the Cricket Wireless service… until now. The lockout horror.
Likewise, I have been a loyal customer of AT&T for more than fifty years, a half century and I come from a family who has been loyal customers of AT&T for more than a full century.
I still have letters from decades ago from AT&T when they were the only long-distance telephone company in existence, appreciating the outstanding customer I had been to them for all the years of their service.
So, WTF?
Tech tyrants control our lives at an ever-increasing rate and many of us are furious with our government for not protecting us from them.
These tech tyrants often offer no solutions for resolutions to the many problems they cause. That is the case with the current situation with Cricket Wireless, a tyrant bully which will soon be torn from its throne and crushed beneath the feet of justice. Legally. Wait for it!
If government’s first job is to protect and serve the people, why then aren’t tech companies, including telephone communications corporations regulated against abusing their users?
Why does the government allow tech companies, especially wireless telecommunications, telephone communication corporations like Cricket Wireless, Leap Wireless, AT&T, and others, control our lives and practically everything in it, by having the capability of locking out our devices for any reason other than lack of payment?
I’m speaking specifically of SIM locks, PUK locks and Screen Locks, not service locks.
Verizon Wireless and its parent Verizon communications only locks for the first 60 days after activation and the company claims it never locks the phone thereafter, so this is NOT the same thing we speak about here. Verizon-Yahoo, however, is guilty of much more serious crimes and corruptions which we will soon discuss in massive, multiple publications concerning their deletion of users’ email. Wait for it!
I recently made a mistake, as thousands of other users before and after me have, and wrongfully set a SIM pin number in error triggering my phone to be locked by Cricket Wireless with zero recourse to rectify or correct, and caused inaccessible conditions to my phone, locking me out, without averting prolonged and massive brain damage to get it unlocked again. Then it locked again, without warning or reason and the same BS started all over again, renewed.
There was no warning. No instructions. Just tyranny. The kind of tyranny that causes an entire industry to collapse and the CEOs having no place to run or hide from justice. Wait for it!
I have a story. It’s a long story. A series, even, coupled with other corporate tyrants of like interest and behaviors. It’s a story that will be told in Blogs & eBooks about Cricket Wireless’ tyrant reign over its loyal users and AT&T’s failure to rein in its subordinate’s criminal and wrongful acts of tyranny and predator behavior by its operating companies. Blazing Heat Wave Inflicts Vegas Valley

LAS VEGAS—Torrid three-digit temperatures scorches the West. Wildfires dangerously spread across western states and engulfs dry areas threatening large numbers of homes, wildlife and natural habitat. It’s way too early for this kind of heat. It’s only spring. We are being engulfed by the flamethrower of nature, unrelenting heat. Shortly after 1:00 AM this morning, the National Weather Service issued an urgent weather message proclaiming Excessive Heat Warning for Las Vegas Valley, Clark County, the Mojave Desert and a wide area of the West, including Arizona.
We are being set ablaze with July-August, summer-like temperatures, not May-June spring climate.
A bummer for Las Vegas tourists and locals alike. It’s a party town and tourists who come from cooler weather are going to be toasted to something other than drinks. To be outside in Vegas in this extreme climate, walking around and exerting energy while sightseeing and adventure seeking could spell disaster if precautions aren’t taken.
I know this sounds counter productive, but if you insist on drinking alcohol or caffeinated beverages while outside or going outside in this extreme heat, then drink at least 12-16 ounces of cold water for every alcoholic drink you consume. The same for at least every 2-3 cups of caffeinated drink. Alcohol and caffeine dehydrates your body, while water replenishes those loses and hydrates your body. You need plenty of water to balance the forces of partying. Too, in these temperatures, water, or any liquid will get extremely hot fast. Test any fluids before giving to children or pets for suitable consumption temperatures. If available, use those small ice packs to keep beverages cold, or at least cooled. Foil will act as an insulator as well.
For well beyond a week, temperatures will climb to at least 112 degrees in the Vegas Valley and over 121 degrees in nearby Death Valley. Be aware these are air temperatures. Ground temperatures, that is the surface temperature of the infrastructure, street pavement, sidewalks, buildings and so forth, can be ten to fifteen degrees higher. Vehicle temperature or the inside temperature of any space with metal, glass or other material enclosed can reach well over 150 degrees, a fatal temperature. Such extreme temperature for anyone, even adults, left in vehicles without air condition can turn fatal in a hurry. Confusion and disorientation can set in and disturb normally thinking minds. Brain damage and stroke can quickly be inflicted. Machines, such as cars and air conditioning can fail and suffer mechanical problems, don’t risk leaving someone unattended.

Don’t over do it. Get inside, refresh, take breaks, drink plenty of water and stay alert. Don’t leave children or pets in vehicles, even momentarily. Keep your eye on your children constantly while near swimming pools. Sun strokes, heat exhaustion, heat-related health issues, be aware of signs of these health problems. If you suspect the signs, get help, quick. Every year we hear of the weather-related disasters, often fatal, that consume lives locally and around the nation. Stay alert.

Every year thousands of acres and homes burn in the Western region of the United States. Dry periods and extreme heat are almost always a condition that will spark an inferno, rapid moving wildfires and consuming flames of property and nature. The spark that ignites these fires come from lightning as much-wanted rain comes, but unfortunately the rain comes with torches of lightning bolts that set forests ablaze. Careless campers failing to properly extinguish their campfires or carelessly starting one that shoots embers into dry forests with kindle-dry wood. Once a forest fire starts, it spreads rapidly, and if there is a high wind, it will likely burn out of control.
Travelers on expressways and roadways are at fault for many forest fires.
Accidents spark forest fires, too. The current California fire was started by a truck accident when electrical wires sparked a fire. Flicking a cigarette out a window along a dry highway is only asking for trouble. Careless smokers destroy thousands of acres and homes every year. All of these conditions are weather related and heat related. But commonsense and education can reduce the human and animal fatalities, injuries, loss of homes, businesses, buildings, domestic pets, and our natural resources, our forest and wildlife.
Careless Smoking & Careless Campfires Start Many Forest Fires
Be smart. Be safe. Think and be prepared to reduce the harm excessive heat can bring humans and animals. It all begins in your heart with a little bit of care and a whole lot of tender love for life and environment.
Rather you are visiting Vegas or the Western region, traveling along dry roadways, camping, hiking or spending your time outdoors in other adventures, use wisdom to make your life and the life of other’s pleasant and not remorseful.
It appears that we are in for a long, hot summer. Buses overheat. Schedules often run late. Transportation breaks down. Be prepared. Don’t get caught out in that extreme heat without protection. Sunscreen, long-sleeve shirts, sunhats, umbrellas, water, cooling fans, cell phones are all part of the self-defense arsenal, use them, keep them by your side while being inflicted by Nevada’s torrid heat.
Have fun, but stay cool as possible and stay safe.

Albertsons Merges With America’s Second Largest Grocery Chain

Albertsons website details the complete merger plan which insiders have told me will mean lower prices and many advantages such as company-owed dairies and other retailing advantages over competition.
Many Vegas Valley folks things Albertsons is too pricy, but the fact to the matter is if one uses the Albertsons fliers and shop only the products on sale they beat many of their competition including Walmart.
In a time when food prices are skyrocketing, the Albertsons-Safeway merger may be a blessing in disguise.

Daylight Savings Time Begins Today

Our heart & prayers goes out to the families and loved ones of all 239 people aboard Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200ER flight MH370. It is tragic when any airliner is lost. It is even more tragic when an airliner vanishes without a trace leaving behind no factual explanation for its loss. We reserve conscious respect without speculation as we await actual discovery of evidence into the lost flight that went off the radar screen without warning. The mystery surrounding the fate of the passengers aboard flight MH370 is disturbing. Before commenting further, we will hold our thoughts, other than to say we are deeply sorrowed for the ones who lost someone on that flight bound for some unknown and unplanned destiny.
Why Malaysia Airlines jet might have disappeared Mar. 8, 2014 8:07 PM ET NEW YORK (AP)– The most dangerous parts of a flight are takeoff and landing. Rarely do incidents happen when a plane is cruising seven miles above the earth.
So the disappearance of a Malaysia Airlines jet well into its flight Saturday morning over the South China Sea has led aviation experts to assume that whatever happened was quick and left the pilots no time to place a distress call.
It could take investigators months, if not years, to determine what happened to the Boeing 777 flying from Malaysia’s largest city of Kuala Lumpur to Beijing….

32-year-old pilot, Marine Captain, Reid Nannen, was flying out of Fallon, Nevada in a U.S. Marine F/A-18C fighter jet on loan to the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center, according to the Naval Air Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, when it crashed a week ago, Saturday, 01 March 2014. Nannen was on a training exercise in the western Nevada region when the jet fighter went down. Weather and location delayed search & rescue operations for the downed fighter and its pilot. Rescue workers encountered a snow storm in remote, mountainous terrain before reaching the crash site where Nannen perished. The Navy range training complex where Nannen’s fighter jet went down is east of the Fallon Naval Air Station. Fallon is located in Western Nevada.

The Majority of Ukrainians that live in Crimea call themselves, not Ukrainian, but Russian. They speak Russian and they desire Russia’s support. The majority want Russian troops to come in and protect them. Russia wants Crimea, it is too vital of an area for them to lose it. They won’t walk away from Crimea.
With the Crimea population’s majority pro-Russian there is only one logical thing to do if one considers the “democratic” process that political and media leaders have been advocating and that is to break off Crimea from Ukraine and hand it over to the Russians. The people of Crimea have spoken that they are Russians and that they want Russia, the Mother Country, to come save them. While that is the logical thing to do “Democratically” there is the dilemma, Ukraine, except for Crimea and areas that border Russia on the east that are mostly pro-Russia are anti-Russian.
If the escalation is not defused immediately civil war is inevitable. It is unlikely any nation on this planet will stop Russia from taking Crimea. The turmoil in Ukraine is an event of escalating sorrow. We all must pray for peace, and for comfort for all the souls that endure these turbulent times in Ukraine. A war with Russia spells only one thing, Russia would crush Ukraine. That would be tragic for all parties involved, and the world.
These are trying times for Ukraine, a nation that has a history of trying times and hardship that few nations have endured for such a prolonged history. While I support peace in the region, it is difficult for me to either choose sides or to vision peaceful results to a situation that has been stirring for decades and is inevitably about to come to the boiling point. The region will likely see an eruption that will likely spill blood in magnitude portions. The world will be absolutely helpless.
Failing to choose sides, does not mean I do not desire to see peaceful democratic solution to a tragic problem, it means I have zero confidence in today’s world leaders, at home and abroad, to lead toward peace. I wish I could. I wish I did.
The events unfolding in the Crimea region of Ukraine greatly disturbs me. The world stands behind and stood behind the Ukrainian people for their plea for democratic society and the right to self-governed and to be a sovereign nation. The fact that the people of Crimea desire Russia as their sovereign power and representative support constitutes the dilemma that will likely shed a dark period in the region as was seen in Georgia. Sarah Palin had warned of such escalation in the region years ago. The world ignored and rejected the notion. Now the souls of Ukraine will pay the price.
What we have is a problem that years ago should have been at the discussion table and has been rejected. Now we are faced with the ultimatums, simple and pure, peace or war, between Russia and Ukraine, peace or civil war between Ukrainians, Crimea separated from the body of Ukraine or Russia performing an unlikely precedent in its history, especially among former Soviet Union states and allowing Crimea–and its naval base and majority Russian people– to remain in the control of an anti-Russian Ukraine. Flipping a coin can only predict the outcome if both sides of the coin are either heads or tails. Regardless, the world, Ukraine, Russia and Crimea, all lose. The future could never be the same.
The world body needs to act at this very hour to enroll Ukraine into NATO or forever hold it’s peace.
The rest of us, especially Orthodox Christians, need to pray and pray relentlessly.
The tears we shed will forever flow in the river of agony and despair.
The gates of hell are wide open.
Will the iron fist and the hammer and sickle swing low and forceful again?
Sarah Palin’s 2008 Prediction Comes True. The world leadership, or lack thereof, gave Russian President Putin the green light to go into Crimea. It should have been expected. Russia simply has too much at stake to walk away. The instability in Ukraine threatened the Russian interest, now the entire mess will get ugly.
