It was on this day, 29 March 2006, 15-years-ago when young, 21-year-old Jessica Foster disappeared without a trace from a Las Vegas community.
At the time I was involved with heavily searching the Las Vegas Valley for missing persons and our team spent exhausting hours in the hunt for Jessica Foster. We had been successful in finding a few missing persons, some with good endings and some not. And some were found but did not want to be found. As adults, they have that right. Reporting back to the ones who asked our team to conduct the search was always difficult in such a case, and we had more than a few we had to handle with such an outcome. But we were never able to find Jessica. We did have one reported sighting we investigated and it turned out to be a false lead of a homeless woman who fit the description but was positively identified NOT to be Miss Foster.
There was no crowdfunding reward system set up at the time for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in criminal responsibility for Miss Foster’s disappearance. The Go Fund Me crowd-share or crowdfunding site had not yet been founded. It would not be founded for another four or five years. Go Fund Me was launched in May of 2010. Someone somewhere knows what happened to Jessica Foster. There has been much suspicion on her disappearance but nothing that could lead to an arrest. But there are people who had contact with Miss Foster and there are people who are connected to those people of interest. A reward might get someone somewhere to loosen their lips. I’m not in a position right now to start and run that Go Fund Me REWARD fund that may lead to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for Jessica Foster’s disappearance or death. But I’d like to get the idea out there and hope someone will.
Cold case criminal files can turn burning hot with the passage of time. Departed friendship and loyal relationships went sour to full disloyalty may sweeten the chances of someone now being willing to come forward that wasn’t willing back when Jessica Foster disappeared. A sizable reward that a crowdfunding source could raise would certainly provide better odds in finding the missing Canadian girl who was lured to Las Vegas by persons of suspicious behavior. The past 15 years proved nothing in bringing the case any closer to resolution. Someone needs to start a Go Fund Me and let us see what happens. If it can pry someone loose to talking that will lead investigators to the perpetrators or a body, then justice might just be done.
At the time Jessica or Jessie Foster disappeared there were several local girls who also disappeared. Some of those cases were solved and some were not. There was a lot of prostitution and involvement of pimps, human traffickers, and drug dealers in some of those missing person cases that lead to serious violent crime. The Vegas Valley is home to where tens of thousands disappear without a trace. The morgue is filled with the victims of crime produced in the Vegas Valley, some innocent, and some not so innocent.
There are certain conditions and restrictions that need to be applied in such crowdfunding reward funds to be effective and to prevent misuse of funds. Also, if there is no response, there needs to be either a full return of monies donated or an agreement to switch those funds to another missing person case or for other uses involving predator crimes. I will post some of those ideas at another time. But after 15 years no one is talking and we need to find ways to get someone talking so there is closure on this long-unsolved mystery.
The Vegas Valley community has always been keenly concerned with Jessica Foster’s disappearance. There were some high-level missing person detectives on the case and some of the best talents were shared among us that did the groundwork in search.
The Vegas Valley has seen more than its share of serial killing, mass killing, missing person cases, human trafficking, and vice crimes for any city to endure. I have my own personal opinions as to why this may be, we have in the valley an overabundance of criminal behavior that goes unsolved, but I will reserve those thoughts for another time.
One thing that cannot be denied the mothers of daughters who come to Vegas and never return home are many, and their tears will forever fall.
If it is not heartbreaking enough that daughters disappear without a trace, it is alarming the scams and crimes people create upon those already suffering the pain. The Las Vegas Tribune reports of the scams Jessica Foster’s mother is forced to endure. Not one, but several. What kind of evil could do this to a woman who has lost the most precious things of her life? What kind of demon have we among us? Whatever it is, it is not human.
Author’s Note: The use of two names, Jessica and/or Jessie are used in reference to the same missing girl. Both names are used and both names are correct. Also, there is a discrepancy in the date of the missing person claimed. Some reports say 28 March or 29 March and others say early April. There is much-recorded information to be found on the internet as well as YouTube for stories concerning Jessica Foster or Jessie Foster. The stories of violent crime in the Vegas Valley are many and they have been since the existence of the city.
“I’ll break your jaw!” The unkempt and deranged HELP of Southern Nevada client screamed at me as I approached the door to my apartment.
The CITY of EVIL
He lives next door thanks to the generosity of the taxpayers and the donors. “I’ll break your f’ing jaw! I’ll break your jaw!” He repeated.
You CANNOT Help Someone Who Does Not Want to Help Themselves. PERIOD! So STOP using other people’s money to make yourself rich and the slumlord rich. It is violation of the RICO Act. It is Racketeering. It is unjust. It is fraud on the taxpayers. And, it needs to STOP!
The HELP of Southern Nevada client is a hardcore drug and alcohol abuser the nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization supports via YOUR taxpayer and donor dollars. He was taken into their support system by their programs for the homeless.
That was this afternoon as I returned from the Maverick Apartments laundry room where I had just been verbally attacked and threatened by another degenerate individual the the property owners and managers allow to infest the Ty-De Development property with.
The staggering high and drunk, overly obese woman was smoking in the tightly enclosed laundry room where I had gone to do my wash. The windows have been bolted shut by orders of the Health Department, so fresh air was not accessible.
I asked her if she could take her cigarette outside.
NRS Laws on Smoking
Ranting Violence Gone Wild!
Raving and raging with racist insults and hatred seeping from her pores, slime, and venom dripping from her mouth, she asked me what concern it was of mine. “I can’t breathe,” I stated. “Then you can take your cracker ass outside MFer!” and she went on and on and on.
Like drug addicts and drunks do.
I flat out told her I could not understand her unclear babbling and had no desires to.
As she stared at me with angry facial expressions, she held a gallon jug of bleach in such a manner she appeared ready to throw it at me if her temperament and broken mind decided to.
I was ready to use lethal force to neutralize her threats and end the problem if I needed to.
Raw bleach is a blinding and flesh-damaging chemical.
Should any vulnerable, elderly senior citizen be forced to endure such violent conduct? NO! Absolutely NOT!
EXTREME DANGER AND EXPOSURE TO RISKS
Not only was I subjected to the violence at will while Ty-De Development OWNERS, employees, and managers fail to provide ground security, they fail to enforce the law. I was the ONLY ONE with personal protection wearing both gloves and masks. Not a single person entering the laundry room was wearing a mask. Not one. And there were many.
The managers of Ty-De fail to wear masks although it is the law for them to do so. Not a single one. They are NOT exempt. But obeying the law does not seem to be their strong point or desire.
Fortunately, the clothes in the dryer were only minutes from being done and I could leave.
She never took her evil eyes off me, nor her fat hand off the bleach jug.
I did leave the smoke-filled room with the finished laundry and went back to my apartment.
And there before I reached my home another HELP of Southern Nevada client accosted me, “I’m going to break your f’ing jaw!”
We Need More Body Bags, Please!
He pressed too far and adding more threats to do bodily harm to me triggered my PTSD and I exploded. You do not threaten or get aggressive with people that have PTSD. Doing so could provoke a fatal situation. Society never seems to learn. It is an occurrence that happens around the country daily, if not hourly and the people never seem to suppress it.
I encountered two in less than five minutes’ time. Luckily the one in the apartment on the other side of me was doing something or maybe it would have been three.
Badges of Discourage
Calling “security” a remote and distant force or the police prove fruitless. The immigrant owner from Taiwan is a prestigious awarded-winning UCLA chemist who is a multimillionaire living in a multimillion-dollar Beverly Hills, California mansion. He collects millions off this slumlord neglected Las Vegas property while living the life of Riley, a double life, in Cali where he funnels his millions of dollars into self-serving projects and philanthropy.
He must hold some kind of influence over the Vegas Valley public officials because I have exhausted my efforts for law and order. There is none. Public officials in the Vegas Valley are inept and slow-acting. They act only when you embarrass them and call them out in public in cases like this one.
That is so disappointing and saddening.
Dereliction of Duty
Dereliction of duty is a very serious offense, especially if it falls on top of other charges such as neglect, gross negligence, criminal negligence, and a whole host of like civil and criminal charges. It can be very expensive defending yourself, and if it is a public official the taxpayers may not be footing the bill, but the accused would have to use their own resources to defend themselves.
The same holds true for nonprofit executives, and social workers, especially for felony charges.
If you are aware of illegal, dangerous, or wrong conditions and fail to act as a reasonable person would to correct the problem you could be charged with negligence in either or both civil and criminal offenses.
The owners, managers of Ty-De Development are negligent in providing security. They are negligent in keeping up their responsibility of maintaining their property according to law. Several of the factors go well beyond typical NRS landlord-tenant violations and enter into a realm of very serious civil and criminal litigation well outside those limited NRS pocket-change violations.
HELP of Southern Nevada is negligent in providing supervision of their clientele. They use OTHER PEOPLE’S MONEY to dump their unfit and undesirables onto innocent, vulnerable, and elderly individuals. On people who are abused by their predatory criminals.
CAN SOCIETY, OR THE IRS ALLOW A PUBLIC INTEREST ORGANIZATION TO BRING HOMELESS PEOPLE OFF THE STREET HOUSING THEM NEXTDOOR TO ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE PERSONS, ONLY TO SUBJECT THOSE INNOCENT, VULNERABLE AND ELDERLY CITIZENS TO EXCESSIVE AND EXTREME ABUSE? NO HONEST COURT IN THE WORLD NOR A RESPONSIBLE PERSON WOULD ALLOW THAT. And the city, county, state, and federal officials are inept and lacking in the duties of their office with complete and utter failure from top to bottom.
All of this aforementioned material will be exposed in multiple media forms with plenty of supporting evidence to show the charges of repeated violations and concern for violations of law. We intend to PERMANENTLY revoke the IRS 501(c)(3) status of nonprofits operating outside the public interest and of the law or allowing their clients to.
Deport Those Who Subvert U.S. Law
Deportation of individuals in violation of their immigration agreements or lack thereof is inevitable, too. Due to the criminal connections which the subpoena of local first responder records will show. Showing the multi-million dollar cost to taxpayers for violent felon, criminal, and drug-related responses to the property will easily prove our stance. That will not exclude fire and paramedic, local hospital, and morgue records.
All such evidence will add proof of taxpayer costs in allowing this UCLA prize-winning chemist to live in multimillion-dollar luxury while We the People foot the bill for emergency response teams answering the violence and hardcore crime allowed to prosper on his and his daughter’s property.
The paper trails are there. The proof is within the public records that leave without a shadow of the doubt conclusive evidence of neglect and responsibility, which does NOT need to be proven to that degree in civil court.
He Was a Lucky One!
Fortunately, I did not euthanize the freeloading degenerate individual that HELP of Southern Nevada maintains next door to me. I have to wonder if others under the same circumstance would?
Apparently, HELP of Southern Nevada has some sort of long-term rental contract with Ty-De Development, Inc and its property owners and managers. I will be issuing requests for that contract.
As stated, I have to wonder, what other people would do in my situation. I’m sure body bags would become in short supply. I’ve warned them before. Ignorance is bliss. For eight years I have tried to stop the criminal activities HELP of Southern Nevada has housed next door to me with the full knowledge and cooperation of Ty-De Development owners and managers, and most public officials.
We will produce videos of hundreds of drug transactions, drug drops from California and Arizona mules, and pipeline players. We will show you active prostitutes working under the noses of Metro. We will show Metro patrols observing all of this illegal activity and doing nothing about it.
We will show multiple cells as many as seven or eight separate drug dealers living in and operating out of the apartment next door to me while the property manager play ignorance of what a drug dealer looks like. There is a reason why the building is the primarily used one for HELP of Southern Nevada drug dealers. And why Ty-De accommodates the use of this building and not one down in Hidden Village or one less attractive than this one. We will show you why as this series continues.
The drama only begins, as we will show you Metro’s failures. And yet, we will show and name convictions of drug dealers to prove HELP of Southern Nevada and Ty-Dy Development has FULL KNOWLEDGE OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY THEY WERE USING TAXPAYERS AND DONORS MONEY TO SUPPORT. And continue to support.
Put your seat belts on because you, my friends, are going for a ride.
The people renting the apartment on the opposite side of me has taken in a homeless person off the streets who threatens me often, too.
No Reasonable Person or Landlord Would Allow This Kind of Activity
These people were homeless for a reason and it was not because they were stable or had their lives together. Except for the very few that lost their homes due to elderly age or health factors, most of these “homeless” people are hardcore drug addicts or dealers, alcoholics, gamblers, prostitutes or into some other vice or electronic abuse. With them, they bring bedbugs, cockroaches and infest the other tenants with nightmares of bugs. They also bring unhealthy conditions such as spreading the virus.
Such exposures to repeated threats against my life by FREELOADERS and often unauthorized persons trespassing on property they do not have rental rights to could lead to a violent conclusion and that would leave ALL OF THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS as just that, defendants.
The property owners and property managers (bean counters) could care less who is living in the apartments freeloading rent free if the rent is paid.
Fugitives from justice, child abusers, and pedophiles with criminal records require to register their whereabouts. They don’t when they harbor unregistered persons with tenants that violate their lease and local laws. Many other criminals and wanted persons can skirt under the radar just as easily via homelessness and then hosted in Maverick-Hidden Village apartments. Dozens do.
Any wonder where the Ground Zero bedbug and cockroach infestations come from? Have a clue.
No security. Zero ground patrolling security officers. Zero supervision from the slumlord management team. Nobody of authority walks these grounds to even have a clue of what is going on.
NO MANAGEMENT THAT REAL PROPERTY MANAGERS WOULD CONDUCT. No concern or care of what goes on on the property as long as the rent is paid. Nothing else matters!
Fortunately my items in the dryer where just about complete so I could escape the taxpayer supported drug addicted abusing drunk and her conflict there in the laundry room only to minutes later be engaged by another one at my doorstep.
As we move into the New Year, we have more than enough on our plate. Especially for someone with the chronic illnesses that hold us back from peek performances. The constant abuses from HELP of Southern Nevada clients and other criminals do not help matters, either. They can cause Chronic Fatigue Syndrome stress that in turn causes days, sometimes weeks of total dysfunction and lack of energy and daily ability to function. TORTURE!
We will be covering more about PTSD, CFS, TBI, and other problems with hopes to explain to them so more people become aware of these issues, and can understand them, and learn how to cope with them. We will learn just how many millions of Americans are inflicted with these injures and more.
But we are determined to succeed as we never quit despite the number of demonic adversaries and negative conditions that surround us.
We are in the process of solving major, long-term social problems.
We will be exposing corruption, taking down fraudulent organizations, and assisting in the felony investigations and arrests of multiples people involved in illegal activities or felonies.
We will be pressuring federal, state, and local authorities to do their jobs and keep their sworn oaths or resign with charges of dereliction of duty, negligence, failure to uphold their oaths of office, and in some cases charges of gross and willful misconduct pending. We have already been in contact with many of them since at least 2014. It takes a long time to squeeze justice out of a broken system.
It will all be exposed across the media group’s many publishing outlets. Every bit of it. Eight plus years of it. Minute by minute detail by detail, hour by hour, and thousands of hours of video footage and still photography showing the actual events as they unfold, frame by frame.
It is essential we convey to the people the conduct of those we mention here that are involved in wrongful acts and unfit behavior for their positions. They are in anonymity at the moment, at least most of them, but they shall be named when the time comes. Some are linked herein and can be learned by fundamental self-research of the names mentioned.
I will tell my story across many mediums, including social media, blogs, websites, eBooks, and print books among other avenues. It is a story that needs to be told. And, will be told. There are problems that need to be fixed. Solutions that need to be addressed. Speaking out that needs to be heard. And they will be done.
The discussions will move over a wide area of issues and events all of which can be tagged and categorized as social problems. Some of those topics will include crime, homelessness, drugs and other vices, slumlords, immigration including illegal immigrants and those who came here legally but subverted U.S. laws and thus violate their terms and conditions with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services USCIS), and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), among others.
We may even hook up a live feed of the video cams and let you monitor the conditions as they unfold in live time. Links will be provided to those live feeds so you could watch the cam recordings as the events unfold if we chose to go that route. You will have a greater understanding of what the subjects of this report are doing and what behavior and conduct they are leading. The disclosure is unquestionably evidence without a shadow of doubt of what this writer conveys. Live time. Right here. Right now.
Solutions to Problems Other People Create
I do not only offer criticism and reviews, or merely present problems. I offer solutions, too. And solutions to these social problems are not complicated, they just take the will of the people to accept them and demand a change.
Leave Me Alone!
All I wanted to do was be left alone. I wanted to live out my retirement in a peaceful and quite apartment which I could afford with the things I needed to survive within my means. I just wanted to be left alone to write my books and do what I wanted to do with my life. They would not let it be. They continue to refuse to let it be. So, I guess I will write my books ABOUT THEM and tell MY STORY…
The social problems that inflict us are many. Social problems that people create can be solved by other people. It is a management thing. We will solve these problems, or at least present the solutions. What society does with those suggestions is up to the people. The people can keep their broken system or they can fix it. Solving problems is not hard. It just takes will and determination with rational thinking and intelligent decision making. Sometimes it takes an entire new set of laws. We will present those suggestions in the mega series we will begin presenting across the media groups today, now, right here.
We Promised Change and Change is Here
We promised you change was coming across the network. The time has come and it is now. It is here. It has begun. Are you ready?
Across the media group there are many social media groups and pages, blogs and websites and eBooks and print books either in existing form, new startup or works-in-progress that will discuss the slumlord and the inner city and the problems they create. The problems and the solutions will be presented. Names will be named if they deserve to be. And most will. Social problems has a long list of categories and we aim to expose and discuss as many of them as possible.
Villains Are Not Heroes
The offenders owe me restitution and I aim to collect in full.
I will be posting daily for a few days covering the above subject. Then we will move into the diverse subjects of the publishing network bringing you the latest releases.
I wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a safe, and happy season to enjoy the best that you can enjoy!
12 December 1973 – 27 November 2020
Tony Hsieh, Las Vegas Super-Businessman, Dies at Age 46
(LAS VEGAS, NEVADA)—Las Vegas lost yet another brilliant-minded developer. A man with a vision that changed the local scene in Downtown, Las Vegas.
Born in Urbana, Illinois on 12 December 1973, Tony Hsieh died on 27 November 2020 in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Just two weeks and one day from his 47th birthday.
The Las Vegas legendary super-businessman is said to have lost his life from complications of injuries sustained in a Connecticut housefire on 18 November 2020.
Like many sudden deaths of people dying before their time there has been a rush of speculation, sketchy and inaccurate reporting with changes occurring frequently.
We need to wait awhile and allow the family time for healing and privacy. It may be sometime before we have the full, accurate detail of what really happened to Tony Hsieh to take him at such a young age.
Then we will learn the full story.
There are many news reports of the tragedy one can find by simple searches.
There is a lot to learn about Hsieh’s life. Just when he was retiring from Zappos, a company he was CEO at for 21 years, his life was cut short.
Zappos online shoe and clothing company, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, was sold to Amazon in 2009 for over one-billion dollars.
Hsieh stayed on as CEO until on 24 August 2020 when he abruptly retired.
Zappos moved from nearby Henderson, Nevada to Downtown Las Vegas moving into the former Las Vegas City Hall when city officials vacated it after building the new City Hall at 495 South Main Street, Las Vegas.
Smoke inhalation and complications from injuries from the housefire on 18 November 2020 is said to have taken his life. It is said he died peacefully, with his family at his side.
It is always tragic when family loses a loved one, especially during the Christmas season.
I lost nearly my entire family during the Christmas season or near then, and no matter how much time passes there is always memories and moments of missing all those who have since gone.
We pray for Tony Hsieh and his family.
Take a few moments and search the history of this young man who began brilliant financial and business moves from a young age and follow his life to the end.
He was founder and developer of the Downtown Project, a Las Vegas redevelopment and startup company.
Tony Hsieh had just moved to Park City, Utah before the tragedy occurred. He traveled with his brother to Connecticut to visit.
Downtown Las Vegas and the Vegas Valley will mourn and remember Tony Hsieh for a long time to come.
News & Research Links About the Life & Death of Tony Hsieh
Vegas is not a mill town. Vegas is not a factory town. Nor is it a shipping port or any production of normal manufacturing or services that many American communities have.
Vegas is a tourist town.
When crime rises to the level tourists are scared off and afraid of coming to a tourist town because of the high crime the entire community suffers.
Casinos or more correctly gaming, is the central industry of Las Vegas. Entertainment is another label that identifies the productivity of Vegas Valley.
That means, resorts, hospitality or hotel business and restaurants and all the attractions that feed off the tourism crowds are what pumps the Vegas Valley economy.
The golf courses, the boating and swimming activities in the area lakes, roller-coasters and thrill rides, helicopter and plane rides, airline passenger service bringing people in and out of Vegas, taxi, limousine, and shuttle-bus services, construction and supplies, all generate revenue.
All of these are supported by businesses that feed off the workers, hundreds of thousands of workers, in these industries. The car business, the real estate business and stockbrokers, insurance companies, finance companies, government services, education, the grocery stores, and retail stores. Trucking. Warehousing. Consumer exchanges.
There is the military, nearby Nellis Air Force Base, hospitals, medical health industry, and the lists goes on.
When crime is high, the entire society suffers. Crime cannot be tolerated or sustained. If it is, Vegas will surely die a premature death without maturing to the fruitful productivity of the industries that were designed to succeed.
The multi-billion-dollar casino business is fragile to crime and discouraging things like pandemics.
Businesses foster businesses. Productivity means paychecks and money in people’s pockets. Money to spend. Livelihoods to be earned. That must be protected at all costs.
Las Vegas Casinos in Intensive Care on Life Support
The leftist-supporting casino executives may have shot themselves, not in the foot, but in the head. Brian Greenspun, the leader of leftist media in Las Vegas has spun out multiples of anti-Trump publications and he singly may have doomed the town with his leftist Marxist rhetoric.
Of course, the communist-like Governor Steve Sisolak, a longtime Clark County Commissioner who failed to curb the escalation of human trafficking, marketing of illegal escort services, fronts for prostitution, growth of illegal invaders populating the town and multiple other criminal activities in the Vegas Valley is allied with Brian Greenspun, kingsh*t CEO, Publisher and Editor of Greenspun Media Group.
Between the two, it is safe to say, Las Vegas will fall not to a recession, but a full-blown depression unlike any it has ever seen in its history.
Jokers with a pair of dice in their hands.
But people will not only keep doing business with these two jokers in the stacked deck, they will also keep supporting them until the dealing is done and there isn’t any more options left for a town that will soon be dying.
Some of the most well-known, notorious casino magnates, top executives and years-long leading managers, CEOs and chairmen have already bailed out, or have been pushed out and moved on reaping multi-million-dollar severance pays.
Steve Wynn, one of the most brilliant minds in developing the modern-day Vegas was removed from his throne over scandals. Rather the allegations against Wynn were true or not doesn’t matter, it was never a trial in a court of law, it was a trial in the media and by the powers that be. Whatever. The community lost one of the greatest masterminds in Vegas maneuverability. A resort genius who developed some of prime, most profitable properties in the Vegas Valley.
Sheldon Adelson, Sands Resort tycoon says the casino group is up for sale, eyeing a six billion dollar price tag for the Venetian and Palazzo. Adelson, a Trump supporter, and the family head of the most recent owners of the Las Vegas Review Journal maybe bailing out while the bailing is good.
Many other Vegas Valley properties not mentioned in this post are downsizing, slowing down, limiting operations, laying off, closing or changing hands, too. That’s a big tell even a bad gambler can read.
The Review Journal, by the way, ironically, delivers the Greenspun group’s Las Vegas Sun print newspaper.
Jim Murren, longtime MGM’s top executive stepped down earlier this year.
He recently put his mansion on the market for 10.5 million dollars. Murren is another anti-Trump voicepiece who just a few days ago penned a “Vote for Biden” piece in the Greenspun Las Vegas Sun with an introduction by Brian Greenspun: Murren’s Column in the Las Vegas Sun
With Murren, Wynn and Adelson gone and many other longtime casino barons, recently gone from the Vegas scene, Vegas is in the hands of amateurs and the inexperience. It’s anyone’s guess where the numbers land from here on in. Like a pair of dice tossed across a crap table, the house can call, “Seven out, line away,” or “Pay the don’ts.”
When a few years ago, Vegas shifted from safe, paid-off multi-million-dollar casinos with little or no debt to heavily mortgaged, mega resorts financed with heavy-debt, multi-billion-dollar casinos the stakes increased. The risks magnified.
The house went all in with a pair of duces against the hand of nature’s economics sequental royal flush.
In the heyday of Vegas there was no such thing as a day dark or when a casino was shut down and none were operating. The only time I recall in Vegas Valley history, except for recently, where the casinos on the Strip turned out the lights and went dark was when President John F. Kennedy was assassinated on 22 November 1963.
Then there were lights out for Earth Day, but the casinos were open and operating, nevertheless.
Despite some record-breaking visitor totals in recent months, Las Vegas Strip casinos are not only hurting, but they are also on life support. The blame? Covid 19 Virus.
But there is more to it than Covid 19, much more.
The left has set the mood for massive violence in the country and the Las Vegas Strip has not been immune. The Strip has seen an escalation in crime and violence that has hit right in the heart of the Vegas Valley cash cow.
Visitors and tourists are not going to risk their lives or their families in a town where what happens here, doesn’t stay here any more. Violence drives any conscious human being away to safer destinations.
Greenspun is a lefty anti-Trump mouthpiece that just last week published the Las Vegas Weekly with a cover, that mocks President Trump and yields huge headlines, END THIS CHAOS. Vote.
This week’s edition talks about a divided nation and blames President Trump.
The division of this nation began with Obama and Joe Biden before Trump ever took office and continued every second by the forces of the left until this very moment.
Publications like Greenspun and his media group’s are the epitome of chaos.
Chaos has spilled over in multiple Las Vegas casinos recently, downtown and on the Strip.
Not only fist fights, gang brawls, but gun play and knives being involved, too. It will get worst. Much worst.
The Wynn property was a recent victim of violence and so were several Strip properties, like Paris.
The leftist politicians, across the nation, have repeatedly called for violence against Trump supporters and right-wing Americans with no limitation on that violence.
I am not going to discuss the BLM and Antifa violence that has raged across America, fully with left-wing support and endorsement, you all know where that leads. You all know what it is all about. It is perfectly okay to riot, to burn down innocent people’s businesses and to injure and kill people. To destroy public and private property. To disobey police orders, to resist, to revolt, to…. create chaos.
The chaos Brian Greenspun’s lefty rags blame on Trump was started by the leftwing comrades long before Trump came on the scene.
Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton and many other leftwing politicians led the movement of that chaos.
The Vegas Valley felt the crushing blows of that chaos in the Obama-Biden Great Recession that were blamed on Bush.
You reap what you sow. You get what you ask for.
And yet, they call Trump the divider, the hater.
But what are you going to do when it lands back on your own lap and your own business gets burned down? Cry for the police you so wantonly condemned and wanted to defund?
Sisolak Big Shot governor now, issues multiple executive orders, and not only closed down businesses directly causing many of them to fold, issued social distances, mandatory wearing personal protection equipment but failing to provide any legal penalties for people who fail to comply. “Resistors.”
All the time people are invading my safe space, and yet short of shooting them in the head to get them to comply they stand there aggressively telling me to go F myself.
Sisolak failed to provide mandatory felony prison sentences for those big tough guys that like to bully elders who wouldn’t give one damn putting them in a body bag should they get too damn brave and aggressive.
The blame lays squarely with Sisolak a big bad-ass bully wannabe politician. The recall efforts against him continue, but it is unlikely any will succeed.
Issuing executive orders for laws without penalties like the state or federal legislators would do is akin to giving nuts to a squirrel with no teeth.
I project the Vegas Valley will be in a full-blown depression within two years. Many of the kingpin casinos will collapse and be sold for pennies on the dollar. The day of the casino group and the mega resort will be over. The heyday of Vegas Valley long gone by.
Many area businesses will follow suit, including the big time publishers.
Tens of thousands of people will be out of work.
Greenspun will be a has-been media group. And so will many others. When the advertising source dies, so will the publications that were sustained by them.
People will flee from Vegas in busloads and truckloads. Moving vans will be seen in convoys stretching across America’s highways and expressways.
Market-values of property will decline. The stock market will dive
Hope and change will turn to despair and discouragement. Regrets, too.
Banks will close.
Suicide, divorce, bankruptcy, domestic violence and crime will be at an all-time high.
Crime will escalate to levels far beyond the 2010 level when Las Vegas neighborhoods took #3, #4 and #8 most dangerous neighborhoods in America according to the FBI.
Las Vegas used to be a place where cheating got you taken to a back room and your knees broken. Now, the left seems to not only condone cheating, but embraces it.
It will all come back around, sooner or later. Karma. Wait for it!
You played it, you own it.
MGM Resorts is closing a lot of properties or thinking about it. Properties are for sale. Sands, is up for sale. Wynn is down 80% from last year. Losing money at that rate, even the best of the properties cannot sustain for long. Tropicana laid off dozens of workers. Many casinos that were closed because of Sisolak’s executive orders, then reopened, are closing again. Many venues inside those casinos that are open are closed.
Several new properties recently opened after large construction. New properties opening while older, well-established properties are closing is ironic even for a seasoned investor to grasp. It remains to be seen how they will fair. People will come to see the new properties, but will they come back again to sustain them?
The way I see it, the big-time, long-time boys that made Vegas what it is today are cashing in and getting on a jet plane for the fastest way out of town. That ought to be a tell even a blind man could read.
Flip a coin, toss the dice. Do whatever you want to do, but whatever you do, don’t blame Trump because he had nothing to do with what’s coming for the future here in the Vegas Valley.
You reap what you sow and you live with it.
Look both ways crossing the streets, even if it is a one-way.
Until next time. ~Cliff

The Lebanese newspaper, The Daily Star will report in tomorrow’s newspaper, 1 June 2016, that new data shows slavery in the world is up 10 million people, from 35.8 to a new figure of 45.8 million.
The Daily Star, Lebanon
World Slavery Up Ten Million People
India, China and Pakistan are listed as the nations with the greatest slavemasters. Nearly 46 million people are enslaved in this world, folks. That is an awful lot of crime, an awful lot of evil. That’s 23.8 million people enslaved in just those three countries alone. Half of the world’s total slave population.
We must get aggressive against slavery. We cannot call ourselves a civilized world when nearly 50 million people are enslaved. This counting is most likely on the low side. It factors in known slave operations and estimates. But who sees the slaves that are shut into a private home’s basement and underground businesses, the sex slaves? Who counts the millions of slaves of Sharia Law in the land they call their archaic political ideology a religion when the millions of females of Islam are in virtual slavery?
The Global Slavery Index
Global Slavery Index
London & Perth, 31 May 2016 — An estimated 45.8 million men, women and children around the world are today trapped in modern slavery – 28% more than previously estimated. They are enslaved through human trafficking, forced labour, debt bondage, forced or servile marriage or commercial sexual exploitation. This is revealed in the 2016 Global Slavery Index, the flagship research report published today by the Walk Free Foundation. ~The Global Slavery Index

Fortunately there are some people with humanity
After the Protection Against Violence Act of 2016 was passed in February of this year, I started to write a post commending The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan and others for their hard work in this vitally important human rights legislation in a nation that just today, claims to take third place in world slavery. I got side tracked pushing a deadline-late eBook toward publication. Todays news gives me a moment to combine the two related pieces of news from Pakistan. If the 2016 Act had remained untouched, it would have been a giant leap forward to human rights in the Middle Easts among Muslim households. There was still a long way to go, but this reversed before most of the world was aware it even existed. It is distraughting to see such an important piece of legislation be reversed and diluted by gang of archaic men who refuse to come into the civilization of the 21 Century. One has to wonder what the term “lightly” will hold and how many Pakistan women will feel the harsh end of a “light” beating?
